Cardamom Pear Smoothie

preparation time: 10 min. serves: 2

 

1 scoop vanilla Yogalicious

1 ripe pear cubed and frozen

1 cup organic milk

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp hazelnut or almond extract

1/4 tsp brandy extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger (or 1/5 tsp freshly pressed ginger)

optional: 1 scoop of your preferred dry protein

 

Combine all ingredients with a blender until frothy.
